Hi, I’m Lauren Proud (I’m the one in the middle).

 

I started Pop Goes the Doodle Studio with a vision to create vibrant art out of kids doodles and drawings.

​

My kids are now teenagers, and for years I built up a collection of their artwork with no plans for it. These were amazing pieces of their childhood; too precious to throw out but not quite right to frame and hang on the wall. It occurred to me that with my artistic background I could create something truly special that holds happy memories and gives their art a prominent space in our home.

 

A little inspiration and some experimentation later, I’m happily creating a new way for families to cherish old memories.
