The small print.
1. Using Your Child’s Artwork
When you send your child’s artwork, please let me know if there are any pieces you’d like me to copy or scan instead of cutting. Some pieces are extra special, and I'll follow your instructions carefully . If I don’t hear otherwise, I'll assume I have permission to cut and use the originals as part of your custom design.

2. Layout Approval
Before I finalize your piece, I'll send you a layout proof so you can see how everything will look. You’ll have the chance to review and approve it before we move forward. Once you give the thumbs-up, I'll begin final assembly!

3. Payment
50% deposit is due after you approve your layout. The remaining 50% is due when your finished artwork is ready for delivery or pickup.

4. All Sales Are Final
Because every piece is custom-made just for you, all sales are final. Once your layout is approved and your deposit is paid, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges.

5. Delivery
I'll let you know as soon as your artwork is complete! Delivery or pickup details will be arranged based on your preference. Timelines can vary depending on design complexity and communication turnaround, but I'll always keep you updated.
